Order Processing
Orders in processing status prior to 11AM PST / 2PM EST will typically ship the same day, if not the next business day. You'll receive timely shipment notifications and a tracking number via email.

PO boxes (Not eligible for expedited shipping methods and only able to be delivered via USPS.)

US protectorates (Puerto Rico, Guam, VI, MI, etc.)
We are currently not available internationally, although we’re working on that!

Shipping and Handling costs
We have simplified the shipping and handling costs which are quoted at the time of check-out. They depend upon the method and option you choose:

Standard Delivery - We offer a $4.99 flat rate standard shipping (3 to 5 business days) and free shipping on any order over $40.

2-Day Delivery - 2 business days express shipping option for $9.99.
Inventory & Backorders

Although we strive to accurately reflect our stock inventory on the website, sometimes items that appear to be in stock may be out of stock. In such instances the customer will be notified via email.

Items ordered that are out of stock will be automatically backordered. The customer will be notified of the backorder via email.

The credit card used will not be charged until the backordered item is ready to ship.

Backordered items will automatically be shipped when the item is in stock once again.
